Processing Times
Due to the nature and creation process of these units, orders require 2 weeks (14 business days) from the date of purchase. Custom orders, colored units, and expedited service (1 week) are available upon request.
Important Notice: Processing times for hair orders may increase by 3–5 additional business days during sales events and holidays due to high order volume. All lace items are made to order and require a 5–7 business day waiting period if out of stock.
These units can last up to 1-3 years with proper care. Please treat them with care as you would with your own natural hair (Permed or Relaxed).
Quality is our highest concern. We currently use premium virgin textured hair to ensure every unit looks and feels natural. In addition, we are excited to be sourcing a luxury line of raw hair to provide even more options for our customers soon.
For the longevity and beauty of your unit, we recommend washing your wig regularly. Allowing it to air dry is preferred, though a blow dryer may be used when necessary. Coloring is certainly possible; however, we advise seeking professional assistance to maintain the integrity of the hair. Majesty’s Wigs also offers expert custom coloring services to ensure a flawless finish. Please contact us to schedule your service.
Majesty’s Wigs now has its own haircare line for styling and maintenance. Please visit our “Shop Hair Products/Accessories” tab to make a purchase.
Precise measurements are not required. Clients only need to know their head circumference to select the appropriate size: Small, Medium, Large, or Extra Large. If you have a significant amount of natural hair, we recommend choosing the next size up for the best fit.
Each unit comes with an elastic band inside for added security. Our wigs have even been called “Deliverance Wigs” — that’s how secure they are.
All units will be shipped or available for pickup with the lace attached. If you would like your lace pre-cut, please email us with your request. Please note, this option is not available for lace frontal orders.
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our wig orders, services, and products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
